Since then I have also try Shannon's biggest loser diet and didn't follow it. I also have been seeing a PT since the middle of last year and even went back to my Naturopath about my weight for help. At the same time I saw another PT at the gym who I paid up and did a 12 week program based on Bio Signature and wasted a alot of money on supplements that ! took for awhile and then stopped.
I also signed up for Round 1 2013 and decided again I would go to finale in Melbourne which is coming up. Hoping that would motivate me to actually follow the program, But again I didn't. What I have done this round is stayed the same weight for the whole round (we are currently in week 10). And am heavier than when I signed up for Round 1 2012.
On a positive note I did get out there more and joined in some activities with other 12wbt and was a b more active on the forum and also on 12wbt Facebook pages.
My exercise has been a hit and a miss, I have great weeks where I exercise daily and am loving it then I follow with a week of nothing. Eating is all over the place lots of takeaway, even though my freezer is full of healthy 12wbt meals.
I have wasted money on so many THINGS that I must have to help me with my weight lose including, lunchboxes, drink bottles, camelbak, kettlebells, new gym clothes, he
adphones, headbands, gadgets like a new fitbit. I have no excuses and no reasons why I just didn't JFDI.
I would love to blame motivation but after actually watching some of Michelle's videos for the last round I know I cant blame that. I have also realised I worry more what others are doing and then start comparing my journey with theres. Crazy consider this is MY journey and no one else and I am doing this for myself. I have come to realise I need to follow the program instead of changing all the time when I see or hear others doing well on another program. I am yet to give 12wbt a real go. And once again have decided to sign up for Round 2 and my only goal is to be consistent. I am not going to have a goal weight for this round I am just going follow it and stopping thinking about everything else.
So what does that mean for the next few weeks before Round 2 starts on the 13th May. Well I am going to start agian with the preseason tasks and actually do them this time. I am going to gradully build my exercise back up and eat Michelle meals. Sticking to the 1200cal and if I have a bad meal fix it with the next meal not wipe out the day or week. And I am going to start blogging and not compare myself to others.
