Today task is to get organised with the exercise of the program completing 3 days fitness, 2 days toning and 1 day light fitness, core & stretch. This can be done at the gym, home and outdoors. I cam hoping to incorporate all 3 so I dont get bored. On my list of things to help me achieve this are
- Heart rate monitor - Polar FT60
- Ipod
- Sneakers
- Outfit/hat
- Waterbottle
- DVD's
- Dumbells
- Fitball
- X trainer
- and hoping to borrow a treadmill for the 12 weeks
