Task 2 "Get Real - No more Excuses

Decided on going to Kuitpo with the family for a walk and managed to burn only 357cal was hard to get the kids to keep up on there bikes but after doing Mt lofty the day before I was rather sore.
Well Task 2 was released today was excited to see what it was about but after reading it was very unsure what to write down so ended up leaving it till later that night.
So here they are:
  • Too tired
  • Don't have time
  • Too sore
  • I cant do it
  • Too hot
  • Too cold/raining
  • Marks not home
  • Have to work
  • sick kids
and the solutions:
  • Just get up and do it
  • Make time organise better
  • No pain no gain
  • Anything is possible just give it a go
  • Exercise inside
  • Put on a rain coat its only water
  • Exercise in the shed
  • Plan to exercise before or after work
  • Exercise at home when kids are in bed
So after doing this exercise I really have no excuses to just get in and eat healthy and exercise for the next 12 weeks and for the rest of my life.
